General Returns Policy
You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by earthlybotanicalproducts.com within 14 days of delivery for a full refund less freight charges. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Simply call 888-377.3692 for a return authorization number.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Items that are Not Returnable
Earthly Botanicals LLC. does not accept returns of the following items:
- Items that are returned more than 14 days after delivery.
- Items purchased from sellers other than earthlybotanicalproducts.com
- Any item that has obvious signs of use.
- Any item not returned in the condition it was received.
If you received a faulty or incorrect item and need to exchange it please contact us immediately at 888-377.3692. If you wish to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item within 14 days as per the instructions above under "General Return Policy" and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.
Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our Returns Center.
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
Please advise the shipping carrier of any damage. Open and inspect the items before you sign for the parcel. If you find the item/items is actually damaged, please have the driver mark the parcel as damaged in their log. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will advise you on how to handle a shipping damage claim. All damage claims must be made within 2 business days from the date your package was received or dropped off. We will ship your replacement item out at our discretion and only once we're advised from the shipping carrier that their claim process has been started. Please be patient. Standard processing time is 7-10 business days. It is important that you keep the original damaged shipping container for the carrier to inspect, if the original shipping container is not kept for the shipping company to inspect your claim may be denied.
If an item is sent back to our warehouse and does not fall within these guidelines, no return or exchange will be granted, and the item will be billed freight and sent back to you.
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and PayPal, We do not ship COD.
